Who processes your data?
InSymbol is the sole proprietorship of Petra van den End, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 77227735 and with its registered office at Prandinga 1 in (8431 VP) Oosterwolde. She can be reached via 06-46804885 or via info@insymbol-design.com.
What data is processed?

Why does InSymbol need this data?
InSymbol processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you, to prepare quotations, to carry out assignments agreed with you and to invoice.
Without the data, InSymbol cannot perform commands for you.
How long does InSymbol keep this data?
InSymbol will not store your data for longer than 14 months after completing the last assignment. If requested, your data will be deleted earlier.
Will your data be shared with others?
InSymbol only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies and data obtained by website visit
General visitor data is kept on the InSymbol website, including the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. InSymbol only uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. The data is anonymized as much as possible and not provided to third parties.
InSymbol uses Google Analytics to keep track of how the website is used. InSymbol has concluded a processor agreement with this party. Google Analytics uses cookies. InSymbol has no influence on this. InSymbol has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through InSymbol for other Google services.
How can I view, adjust or delete my data?
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@insymbol-design.com. InSymbol will then respond to your request as soon as possible. InSymbol strives for a settlement within 4 weeks, unless InSymbol is dependent on third parties for this.
How is my data secured?
InSymbol takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured, or if there are indications of misuse of the personal data collected by InSymbol, please contact InSymbol. You have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that InSymbol does not handle your data correctly despite the best intentions and precautions.
